A one-time, personalised PDF performance report generated from historical trading data you provide. It is a digital deliverable, not a subscription, not advice, not a managed service. The report is yours to keep.

Your real name, a working email, and accurate tradebook files that you have the right to share — only your own trades, not someone else's. Don't upload data you don't own. Don't upload files containing material non-public information about third parties.

The report is licensed to you for personal use. You may share it with your accountant, coach, or family. You may not resell it, redistribute it commercially, present it as someone else's work, or use it to provide regulated advice to third parties. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our methodology from the output.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Singapore, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you a non-waivable right to a local forum.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes apply only to new orders placed after the update. Orders in flight at the time of a change are honoured under the prior terms.
