Showcase notice
The current showcase
The showcase displays the original product and sample reports. Its service controls are locked: it does not accept a name, email address, account details or tradebook and does not process new report requests. Payments and uploads are no longer available. The creator receives no monetary benefit from the showcase.
Technical website requests
Opening the website still involves requests to its hosting infrastructure. Those requests may expose technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested URLs and timestamps, which may appear in operational or security logs. Google Fonts is used to deliver typefaces; the visitor’s browser makes requests to Google’s font services. See Google Fonts privacy information.
Browser storage
The public showcase does not set advertising or analytics cookies or use browser storage for visitor profiles. The separate authorised support console stores its access token locally in the administrator’s browser. That console is not needed to view or use the public demonstration.
Email enquiries
If you voluntarily email support@knowmytrade.com about an earlier order or a privacy matter, the message and contact details are processed to respond and administer that request. Please provide only a prior-order reference where necessary, and do not include tradebooks, broker credentials, bank or card details. Showcase enquiries are not used to solicit new business.
Historical records
The switch to a showcase does not itself erase records from the previous service. Earlier order, payment-reference, communication or uploaded-file records may remain where needed for fulfilment, refunds, disputes, security or legal obligations. Payment and email providers may hold their own records under their own policies. This notice does not claim that those records have already been deleted.
Access, purposes and retention
Historical records are restricted to authorised administration and relevant service providers for the purposes above. They are not made public or used to monetise this showcase. Records should be retained only while needed for an applicable legal or business purpose and then deleted or anonymised. This notice does not extend the permission originally given for earlier data.
Requests and applicable rights
To ask about access, correction, deletion, retention or a previous consent, contact support@knowmytrade.com. Requests are considered under applicable law and any necessary identity verification; legal retention duties may limit immediate deletion. The specific rights and procedures depend on the applicable jurisdiction.
Providers and independence
Hosting, email or other technical providers may process information in different countries under their service arrangements. Use of those providers does not make the personal project affiliated with, endorsed by or representative of an employer or organisation. No visitor information is sold for monetary benefit from this showcase.
