Payments are no longer available
Know My Trade is purely a non-commercial personal-project showcase. New payments, checkout sessions, report purchases, real-data uploads and report delivery cannot be initiated here. The former report formats are not available for sale, and the creator receives no monetary benefit from this showcase.
Earlier orders are not cancelled
Changing the website does not erase earlier purchases, outstanding fulfilment commitments, refund obligations or applicable consumer rights. The terms applicable to the original purchase and any mandatory law continue to govern that purchase; this page does not impose a new retroactive refund restriction.
An earlier payment or unresolved order
Contact support@knowmytrade.com with the order reference and a brief description of the issue. Do not include a full card number, bank credentials or broker statement. Earlier fulfilment or refund matters require individual review; the showcase does not automatically process, promise or reject a refund.
A payment appears after closure
The current site cannot create or verify a new payment. If an earlier checkout link, pending transaction or external payment-provider record causes a charge or concern, contact support with its reference. Do not retry payment through this showcase. Historical provider records may still exist after the website no longer accepts payments.
